Returns And Cancellations
WE DON’T DO PROBLEMS; WE FIND SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
Our products are sourced, manufactured, and shipped as an order comes in. To control the cost for our customers, AxKil’s business model does not support returns, or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or simply because the customer changes their mind.
Upon the unlikely event a product is delivered damaged, misprinted, or defective AxKil will replace the item or offer a refund within 30 days. AxKil inspects each product it ships, reducing the chance that the product reaches our customers, which does not meet our high-quality standards.
Customer satisfaction is what we strive to achieve. We want our customers to return, and we consider them as our friends. So, if you are concern about your purchase contact us and we will find a mutual solution where everyone is satisfied.
For the rare instance, a quality issue needs to be addressed. please contact us within 10 days at [email protected]. You will need to provide a clear, well-lit photo on a flat surface showing the defect. Your help with this request will help expedite a solution for you much more quickly.
Cancellations
Our products are made for you as an order is placed. If you want to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours. Simply send us an e-mail to [email protected] There is no charge to cancel.
After 24 hours the order has been sourced and produced for shipment. It will not be possible to cancel the order.
Refunds
· PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account within 24 - 48 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount
must be transferred back to your banking institution from your PayPal account.
· Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.
· Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.
